Federalization of Romania and Mexico
A long-awaited book on federalism. Devolution of power is absolutely necessary in Romania where centralism destroys any hope for change for the population. Same for Mexico. Recognized as best book in this field of knowledge, it is a must read for serious students of History of the 21st century.
