Description: Written when the composer was 19 years old, Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 1 in F-sharp minor, Op. 1 was modeled after Edvard Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 16, and was dedicated to Rachmaninoff's cousin and teacher at the Moscow Conservatory, Alexander Siloti.
